16 Handles Yogurt Shop coming to Naples

16 Handles, the top self-serve frozen yogurt shop in New York City, will launch new shops on the East Coast this spring as part of four recently inked franchise agreements. These franchise agreements are a significant advancement for the brand outside of New York. They are also a part of the most recent expansion strategy devised by CEO Neil Hershman, who acquired the brand in August of last year and is 16 Handles’ largest franchisee.

Additionally, 16 Handles is expanding to 3367 Pine Ridge, Suite 103, in Naples, Florida. Alex Nicholas and Jib Reagan, franchisees in Naples, were instantly captivated to the brand’s creativity and the opportunity to benefit their neighborhood.

“Support for franchises has been outstanding. I love that Neil is a seasoned operator, as he will be able to relate to what Jib and I are going through when we launch our stores “said Nicholas. “I lived in New York for fifteen years, and the store in the East Village was the first 16 Handles I ever visited. I promised myself I would seize the opportunity if the brand ever went global and if it fit into my lifestyle.”

16 Handles is distinguished by its contemporary retail design, unique and addictive product selection, and industry-leading customer service. On the menu, there are 16 kinds of soft serve, more than 50 toppings and sauces, and a selection of frozen desserts such as cakes, pints to take home, and D deluxe edible cookie dough. Additionally, the brand is set to announce plans to open additional stores on the East Coast and in Texas in the coming months.
