STOCK Development’s Resort-Style Community Sales Begin in Days

STOCK Development, Southwest Florida’s top luxury developer and home builder, will begin selling Caymas, its newest resort-style neighborhood, in late January. Sales begin in a few days, but community interest is already high.

Caymas is a picturesque site on the east side of S.R. 951 that includes one of Naples’ last lakefront properties. The community entrance is less than two miles south of I-75.

Caymas will eventually have 457 beautiful single-family houses on 780 acres, half of which are lakes and preserves, according to a recent article by Florida Weekly

Caymas’ amenities will match its affluent and enjoyable community. From sunrise to sunset, the occupants will be able to stay as busy as their heart’s desire.

“From fine dining with delicious cuisine to sipping a cocktail at the poolside bar, taking a refreshing dip in the pool, and relaxing next to the sun-drenched lagoon, the clubhouse amenities inside and outside will be unmatched in the marketplace,” said Leger-Wetzel.

The 18-acre clubhouse complex will have social spaces, activity centers, pools, and indoor and outdoor dining, including a resident-favorite tiki bar.

Residents and guests will arrive at Caymas’ majestic porte cochere to see the almost 30,000-square-foot clubhouse.

They’ll find a main dining room, a private dining room, a huge full-service kitchen, a theater, a billiards room, a golf simulator, locker rooms, gym and aerobics rooms, and card rooms.

A resort pool and other outdoor amenities await homeowners lakeside and near the clubhouse.

A kayak launch, eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga lawn, a Sports Pro Shop, and gathering spaces are all within a short walk of the clubhouse.

Caymas will have a convenient dog park because it’s pet-friendly. Get your closest friend some exercise and enjoy the outdoors at this venue.

Every STOCK floor plan has multiple elevations and is available on lots 62, 76, or 90 feet wide. Homes are 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet and air-conditioned.

STOCK Development is building several gorgeous models. South Florida Architecture, an award-winning Bonita Springs architectural firm, created all of STOCK’s homes in the neighborhood.

STOCK will open its initial models in February and more throughout the year.

Collins DuPont Design Group, Pizzazz Interiors, Soco Interiors, Clive Daniel Home, Vogue Interiors, and Boutique Interiors are Southwest Florida’s most imaginative designers of the models.

STOCK Development won’t be the only Caymas model maker. Pulte Homes will join them. Four single-story and two two-story plans will be available on 52-foot-wide lots.

Of the four floor plans, two will be furnished models, increasing the total number of models in the community to 10. Pulte Homes offers the Brixton and Regency Grande.

The single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath Brixton has little under 3,000 square feet under air.

A two-story, five-bedroom with den and loft, two full-bath and two half-bath home, the Regency Grande has almost 4,100 square feet under air.
