Stock Development is building its first house in Naples new development Caymas

A division of Stock Development called Stock Luxury Homes has started building its first model in the new resort town of Caymas, which is on the east side of S.R. 951 less than two miles south of I-75.

Caymas is being built on one of Naples’s last lakefront sites. When it’s done, it will have 445 homes that are between 2,400 and 4,000 square feet.

The Birchwood III floor plan will be one of the eight models that will be shown off in the neighborhood. The three-bedroom plus study, two-and-a-half-bathroom home has a side-entry, three-car garage and a total of 3,767 square feet.

Jenifer Davison of the Bonita Springs-based Collins DuPont Design Group will be in charge of the interior design of Birchwood III.

When people come in the front door, they step into the hallway and can see the great room straight ahead. The open kitchen with a big island counter with a sink and a pantry is right next to the 20-by-21-foot great room. The dining room is also close to the kitchen and has a view of the pool and outdoor living area.

The outdoor living space is 484 square feet. It has a roof and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a refrigerator.

The Birchwood III is being built on a 62-foot-wide lot in Caymas. It will be finished and ready to live in by the end of 2024.

Sales of Caymas looks to begin selling later on this year.
