New retailers arriving to Coconut Point mall

This year, Coconut Point is welcoming a number of new tenants, including the reopening of a Barnes & Noble.

According to the Estero mall, two new stores have opened this year, with three more set to open soon.

Barnes & Noble is one of the new establishments, according to a recent article by Louis Llovio of Business Observer.

About a year ago, the bookshop closed its larger format location and reopened between DSW and Ulta earlier this year.

One of Barnes & Noble’s smaller format stores is the new location. The business has been opening these, which have fresh architectural features, frequently taking the place of larger locations in the process.

This technology gives local stores greater control over how books are displayed and sold while enabling the business to optimize operations. It also defies the popular belief that physical bookstores are becoming extinct.

According to the corporation, it established more new stores in 2019 than it did from 2009 to 2019. This year, it plans to open fifty more.

The British bookshop Waterstones owns the brand, which last year added new locations in Tampa, Brandon, and Naples along the Gulf Coast.

Evereve, a women’s apparel business, has established up shop in the center alongside Barnes & Noble. The chain boasts three locations in Florida and one in Jacksonville that is scheduled to launch shortly. It describes its products as “stylish pieces that transition seamlessly from work to weekend.” The Waterside Shops in Naples is one of the other Florida locations.

The following three stores will open soon:

Sunglass World: The store of sunglasses is scheduled to open in April.
UNTUCKit: May is when the Canadian shirt seller is scheduled to open.
BH2.0: The shop of apparel, accessories, and shoes plans to open in May.

Approximately 110 stores and eateries, including Target, Apple Store, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House, can be found at Coconut Point, an outdoor mall located off Interstate 75.
