Naples McDonald’s drive-thru employee pulls pistol on customer

A McDonald’s drive-thru employee is accused of pulling a gun on a customer in Naples on Sunday.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at 5465 Airport Road North around 2:30 a.m.

Based on the report, the victim and his friends tried to place an order over the phone but were met with an automatic response.

The driver said, “What the (expletive),” at the man running the drive-thru. Quincy Williams Jr., 22, announced that he would no longer offer them meals.

According to deputies, the victim proceeded inside the store to order instead.

Williams confronted the victim when he entered.

According to the CCSO, Williams pulled a gun from his belt and pointed it at the victim’s head.

Williams reportedly threatened to murder him.

According to the complaint, the victim returned to his friend’s car, which was still in the drive-through. They approached deputies.

The confrontation was caught on video. Williams is spotted displaying a firearm.

He was detained and charged with aggravated assault without intent to kill.
