Naples lands 2 spots in the Top 10 for the Most Expensive Areas to Rent in the USA

A recent study by RentHop analyzed over 41,700 zip codes across the U.S. to determine which areas have the highest rental prices, according to a recent article by Kendall Little of Naples Daily News.

Do you think Naples made the list of the most expensive rental zip codes? Not only did it make the list, but Naples actually has two zip codes ranked in the top 10.

Here’s a surprise: One part of Naples even surpasses Boston, Massachusetts, in rental costs.

The Priciest Rental Zip Codes in Florida

These five zip codes have the steepest rents in the Sunshine State:

  • 34103 (Park Shore, Naples)
    • Median 2-bedroom rent: $8,500
    • Median 1-bedroom rent: $4,500
  • 34108 (Pelican Marsh & Pelican Bay, Naples)
    • Median 2-bedroom rent: $8,200
    • Median 1-bedroom rent: $5,000
  • 34145 (Marco Island)
    • Median 2-bedroom rent: $6,900
    • Median 1-bedroom rent: $2,275
  • 34102 (Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor & Port Royal, Naples)
    • Median 2-bedroom rent: $6,750
    • Median 1-bedroom rent: $5,250
  • 34228 (Longboat Key)

Naples made the top 30 most expensive rental zip codes in the U.S. three times, securing spots at #8, #10, and #27. Marco Island also made an appearance, ranking #23.
