Naples Goes Full Flavortown! More Local Restaurants Featured by Guy Fieri
Naples, we told you it was coming! In our last Naples News Now (NNN) newsletter, we shared the exciting news that Guy Fieri rolled into town, hitting up The Rooster Food + Drink and Cracklin’ Jacks for his iconic Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. But that was just the beginning–Flavortown’s most famous resident wasn’t done yet!
Since then, Guy and his crew have been spotted at Molto Trattoria and Mykonos Kuzina, two more incredible Naples restaurants that will soon have their moment on national television.
Molto Trattoria: Authentic Italian, Guy-Approved
If you’ve ever walked down 5th Avenue South, you know Molto Trattoria–a family-run spot that delivers old-school Italian flavors. Fieri gave his stamp of approval to their lasagna Bolognese and homemade meatballs, dishes packed with rich flavors and authentic tradition. If you’re a fan of hearty, home-cooked Italian, this episode is a must-watch.
Mykonos Kuzina: Greek Flavors Take the Spotlight
From Italy to Greece, Guy kept the global flavors going at Mykonos Kuzina in North Naples. He sampled their slow-braised lamb shank over orzo and their famous dolmades, giving viewers a taste of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. With fresh, bold flavors and generations-old recipes, Mykonos Kuzina is now officially Flavortown-certified.
When Will the Episodes Air?
Food Network hasn’t announced official air dates for these episodes yet, but if history repeats itself, we can expect them to drop in the next few months. Keep an eye on NNN, because we’ll let you know as soon as they hit the schedule!
