A property that was once part of the L.L. Bean compound in Naples is now available for sale. Situated on Fifth Avenue South, this property boasts 130 feet of beach frontage and is listed at an asking price of $40 million.

The 1.32-acre property comprises three parcels – 25 Fifth Ave. S., 45 Fifth Ave. S., and 470 Gulf Shore Blvd. S. – which could be developed into three individual residences or a single expansive estate. The area includes the stretch of Fifth Avenue South extending from the beach to Gulf Shore Boulevard.

According to a recent article by Elizabeth King of Business Observer, James Bates of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty asserts that this property stands unique in the market.

Bates and Maggie Ives of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fifth Avenue office are marketing the property, which was listed Jan. 7.

“It presents an opportunity to possess a fragment of history while crafting a future that embodies unmatched sophistication and uniqueness,” Bates states. “This is a unique chance to possess and influence a genuinely legendary location.”
