Florida’s 10-Year Projected Growth? 2.5M People

According to the Florida Legislature’s demographic office, there were 22.6 million Floridians in April, and by April 2032, that number is expected to rise to 25.1 million, an almost 11% increase.

Over the coming ten years, many of the state’s homebuyers will be from outside the region. According to recently revised projections, Florida will have more than 25 million residents by 2032.

Here are the population projections for each upcoming year as of April 1:
