December Will See the Opening of STOCK Development’s New Resort-Style Community

The sales center for STOCK Development’s newest resort-style community, Caymas, will open in December. STOCK Development is the leading luxury developer and house builder in Southwest Florida. Weeks remain until the start of sales, but interest in the neighborhood has already skyrocketed.

One of the remaining lakefront properties in the Naples area is included in Caymas, which is in a gorgeous location on the east side of S.R. 951. Less than two miles south of I-75 lies the community’s entrance.

With lakes and preserves taking up about half of its 780 acres, Caymas will eventually only have 457 beautiful single-family houses available.

The clubhouse campus, which spans 18 acres, will have social areas, activity centers, pools, and both indoor and outdoor dining options, including a tiki bar that is a resident favorite.

The stunning clubhouse at Caymas, which has almost 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, will greet residents and visitors as they approach the imposing porte cochere.

A large full-service kitchen, a private dining area, a theater, a billiards room, a golf simulator, locker rooms, an aerobics and exercise room, and card rooms are all located inside.

Residents will make use of a resort pool and several other entertaining outdoor features, which are located next to the clubhouse and along the lake.

But the list goes on; there are plenty of recreational options, such as a kayak launch, eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga field, a Sports Pro Shop, and meeting areas, all within a short stroll of the clubhouse.

Caymas will include a handy dog park as well, as it is a pet-friendly community. It’s a fantastic location to enjoy the great outdoors and give your best friend a little exercise.

The floor plans are available in a multitude of elevations, with lots varying in width from 62 to 90 feet. The actual houses are air-conditioned and range in size from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet.

STOCK Development is building several stunning models at the moment. South Florida Architecture is an award-winning architectural firm situated in Bonita Springs, Florida, and they designed all of STOCK’s residences within the community.

The most creative design firms in Southwest Florida, such as Collins DuPont Design Group, Pizzazz Interiors, Soco Interiors, Clive Daniel Home, Vogue Interiors, and Boutique Interiors, are expected to finish the first models by winter 2024.

There will be other businesses in Caymas with models besides STOCK Development. Pulte Homes will be joining them on-site, contributing two furnished models as well, increasing the community’s total model count to ten.

On 52-foot-wide homesites, Pulte will have four floor designs available in Caymas: two single-story and two two-story.
