Collier County detectives arrest 3 for fentanyl trafficking.

Over the weekend, Collier County detectives apprehended three individuals, one of whom had felony convictions, after discovering a trafficking quantity of fentanyl and other narcotics at their residence.

The vice and narcotics detectives of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of deputies, executed a search warrant at 5441 Carlton St. on Sunday, according to a recent article by Carolina Guzman

During the past few weeks, the sheriff’s office has responded to allegations of suspicious activity and narcotics activity at the residence.

Over a dozen people were residing in the house at the time of the inspection.

Unlawful narcotics, such as fentanyl, methamphetamine, and amphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia, were discovered by the detectives during the search.

Detectives detained Timothy Jon Flagg, 50, Dorothy Kristina Maglione, 39, and Mark Dieujuste, 39. Dieujuste has a history of felony convictions.

The charges against Dieujuste include the possession of narcotic paraphernalia, the possession of amphetamine, and fentanyl trafficking.

Maglione is facing charges for the possession of narcotic paraphernalia, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Flagg is facing charges for the possession of narcotic paraphernalia and fentanyl.
