Breeze Airways launches a new service to and from Fort Myers beginning in November.

Airlines begin to expand their services to warmer climates, such as Fort Myers, when the leaves begin to change color in the north.

Breeze Airways said today, September 13, that it will be launching new service at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) on November 15 to and from Portland, Maine.

The new seasonal service, which will run on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the winter and spring, will have an introductory ticket price of $89 per trip. Tickets can be purchased through September 18 for travel through April 30, 2024, according to a recent article by Mark H. Bickel of News- Press.

Now that Portland, Maine, has been added, Breeze has 14 routes that go to and from RSW.

Additional locations Breeze deals are available from RSW to the following locations: Norfolk, VA; Pittsburgh, PA; Providence, RI; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Richmond, VA; Ashron-Canton, OH; Charleston, SC; Columbus, OH; Hartford, CT; Las Vegas, NV; Louisville, KY; New Orleans, LA; and Syracuse, NY.
