Bonita Springs development announces new eateries, service providers
A mixed-use development in Midtown Bonita Springs has announced a new group of businesses joining its commercial lineup, according to a recent article by Louis Llovio of Business Observer.
The latest tenants include a dental services provider, an educational center, and three food-related businesses. They will be joining previously confirmed tenants such as Chipotle Mexican Grill and Panera Bread.
Back in October, the development also revealed several other businesses set to open, including Club Pilates, Good Vets, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Noire the Nail Bar, Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits, and The Hangry Bison.
Here’s a look at the newest additions:
- LowBrow Pizza – A Naples-based restaurant known for its wood-fired pizzas, wings, salads, full bar, and craft beer selection.
- Pacific Dental Services – A nationwide company that supports dental offices with administrative and business operations.
- Mathnasium – A learning center focused solely on math, offering personalized tutoring, homework help, and test preparation for students from kindergarten through high school.
- Gelato & Co. – A dessert chain specializing in freshly made gelato and pastries prepared in-house daily.
- Beau’s BBQ – A family-owned local restaurant serving authentic Texas-style barbecue.
Located along Bonita Beach Road, just east of I-75, the 68-acre Midtown at Bonita is designed as a walkable development featuring retail, dining, office space, and residential options.
Once completed, the project will include 315,000 square feet of commercial space, scenic lakes, and a proposed office component. A 400-unit luxury apartment complex is also under construction, and plans for a 165-room hotel are in the works.
Midtown at Bonita is set to open in 2026.
