A three-story hotel is coming to Naples

A three-story boutique hotel and Aqua restaurant will take the place of Liki Tiki BBQ and Pastrami Dan’s Restaurant at 590 Ninth Street N. in Naples.

The Naples Design Review Board unanimously approved the preliminary design concepts on August 23.

The current one-story building will be demolished and replaced, according to the planned plan, with a luxurious boutique hotel named Aquarius, which would have Aqua on the ground level.

The 1963 structure on the corner of Sixth Avenue North and 41/Ninth Street North, Liki Tiki in Fort Myers Beach and Naples, and Aqua, which debuted on Fifth Avenue in 2011, are all owned by the Stojkoski family, the petitioner.
