Jingled Elves Inc.’s seventh annual Trolley Tour takes place at 5 p.m. at Mercato and raises money for 10 women’s and children’s charities in Collier County. The Jingled Elves perform a flash mob dance on the lawn then they board trolleys to perform at Victoria Park, Venetian Village (flash mob), Sugden Plaza (flash mob) and Barbatella.
